Whilst legislation has conferred non-contractual rights and obligations on employers and employees the individual employment contract remains central to all employment relationships.

In this workshop and seminar the Halliwells Employment Team will highlight the key issues on employment contracts whether you are taking on new employees, changing the terms for existing employees or facing a claim form from a past or present employee.

The seminar is aimed at HR Managers and anybody else with responsibility for employment decisions.

The first seminar is being held in Liverpool at the Radisson SAS Hotel on Wednesday 18 June 2008.
