Corporate Team Flying at Halliwells

Law firm Halliwells has advised Stobart Group on the acquisition of Carlisle Airport for a consideration of £14 million.

Halliwells' team acting for Stobart Group was led by Liverpool corporate partner Craig Scott and solicitor Mike Murphy. It also comprised partner Frank Shephard and associate Lisa Stavropoulos who acted on the PLC related aspects for obtaining shareholder consent.

Halliwells has advised Stobart Group on a range of corporate transactions over the last eighteen months during a period of significant growth for the group.
