Aim Success For Halliwells

Law firm Halliwells have advised North West based Micap Plc on its £850,000 AIM placing.

Micap was established in August 1998 to develop and commercialise the worldwide exclusive license of a number of patents that relate to micro-encapsulation of activities in yeast based delivery systems.

The Halliwells team was led by partner James Sheridan. He was assisted by solicitors Kate O'Brien and Anoushka Nanji.

Commenting on the transaction, James Sheridan said:

"We have been advising Micap from a very early stage and it's good to be involved in their ongoing growth plans."
