Difficult Employees Survey 2005

As part of the 2005 Employment Seminar Programme the Halliwells Employment Team presented the "Top 10 Difficult Employees Workshop". This identified ten types of difficult employee and gave advice on dealing with these in practice.

The feedback was phenomenal. Everybody recognised the general descriptions of these difficult or problem employees and each had their own story to tell in how they reacted and what resulted. It was following such widespread positive feedback that it was realised how a more detailed and extensive research project into this controversial area would be of value to employers generally as an indicator of what employee problems really impact on business.
