AIM Activity Continues for Halliwells

Law firm Halliwells has continued its activity on AIM by advising the Dowlis Corporate Solutions plc on its £4.5 million placing.

The Dowlis Group operates in the UK promotional merchandise and marketing services sector. It distributes promotional products through two channels direct to large corporate entities and to SMEs via distributors.

The Halliwells team was led by partner Frank Shephard and assisted by solicitor Lisa Stavropoulos.

Commenting on the transaction Frank Shephard said:
