Halliwells Wraps It Up

Law firm Halliwells has advised Boxes and Packaging (UK) Ltd on its acquisition of nine corrugated sheet boards throughout the UK from Mondi Packaging.

Halliwells' team was led by corporate partner James Sheridan. He was assisted by solicitors Khurshid Valli (corporate), Rick Sealy (banking) and Krista Powell (property).

Commenting on the acquisition, James Sheridan said:

"This is an excellent acquisition for Boxes and Packaging as it facilitates further expansion throughout the UK."
