Law Firm Boosts Liverpool Office With Dual Partner Hire

Law firm Halliwells has strengthened its Liverpool office with a dual partner appointment.

Joining from DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary are commercial litigation partners Colin Gibbons and Fiona Parry.

Both Colin and Fiona will be based in Halliwells' Liverpool dispute resolution group. They will join their former colleague, corporate partner Paul Jefferson, who also joined Halliwells from DLA recently.

Colin is currently a commercial litigation partner and leader of DLA's Technology, Media and Communications Group in Liverpool. He is also part of the firm's Energy Group. He will join Halliwells as the firm's Liverpool head of commercial litigation.

Fiona Parry is currently an associate at DLA. She has a wealth of commercial litigation expertise having been with the firm since 1998.

Halliwells' Liverpool office is enjoying a period of sustained growth. The firm has also recently recruited property partner Sue Edwards from Hill Dickinson.
