Before embarking on your first seat, you will undertake our two week induction programme which incorporates part of the Professional Skills Course. Amongst other things, the induction includes a meeting with the firm's Managing Partner, Ian Austin, to discuss the direction of the firm and the contribution you will make to our success.
Our in-depth Trainee Research workshop arms you with the tools you need to find the right solutions to client problems and Networking Skills training prepares you for the social gatherings and marketing events that you will attend as a Trainee.
